Adriana Talansi is a self taught Congolese designer who launched her line in 2014 and revealed her first collection called simple and sublime. She added travel to her fashion carrier which helped her gain knowledge and inspiration for her work.
She was chosen to design dresses for the finalists participating at the Miss Angola beauty pageant in 2014, and upon returning to her country, she won the first edition sorom fashion independent woman that same year.
Talansi has also gained recognition through her work, and eye for detail. She has been invited as judge for a number of fashion talent contests.
Her hard work in the industry also gained her a seat at the fashion council in Congo as their fashion ambassador.
Talansi’s mission is to take Congolese fashion and style to major cities of the world.
In June 2016, the mother of a two-month old baby received the title La main Dor the best fashion designer price during the Carroussel de la Mode.
Talansi dresses the sophisticated woman who is bold and adventurous, and enjoys dressing up.
